The LaSalle Parish Schools Teacher Application Packet includes the following documents.

Required Supplemental Forms (As stated on the Applicant Information Sheet)

• Valid Teaching Certificate
• Certified University Transcripts
• Praxis Scores
• Two most recent COMPASS Evaluations

References (Total of 3):

• Three Request for Recommendation Forms OR
• Three Letters of Recommendation
